Marwood Group announced today the appointment of Cihan Yilmaz as Vice President, Medical Economics & Payor Contracting.

Mr. Yilmaz joins Marwood with extensive experience across payors, MSOs, and value-based care enablement platforms, specializing in financial modeling, reimbursement analytics, and enterprise performance improvement. He has supported organizations at every stage of growth, from emerging digital health platforms to at-risk VBC entities.

Most recently, Mr. Yilmaz served as Director of Strategic Operations at Innovista Health, where he led payor contracting, network performance initiatives, and strategic operations across value-based care enablement and delegated operations. Prior to that, Mr. Yilmaz founded F&Y Healthcare Consulting, advising MSOs, digital health companies, and provider platforms on payor partnerships, pricing strategy, and market expansion. Previously, he held leadership roles at Honest Health, Bright Health Group, and Medica Health Insurance Plans, where he drove initiatives spanning contracting, economics, operational efficiency, and population health.
